I conducted an interview with Connellsville cross country captain Dominic Prestipino here is what he had to say.
How is your season going this year?
Dominic-It’s my first year and its going better than expected.
What was your favorite part?
Dominic- Running for the school and proving people wrong.
What was your biggest challenge?
Running against experienced cross country runners
What was your biggest accomplishment?
Dominic- scoring over 115 points and getting a golden falcon my first year
What was your fastest time?
Dominic-17:23
I heard about your coach Pat Mullaney what is the most motivational thing he has said to you?
Dominic- He said you only train for the first two miles the last one is all gut.
