Throughout the year, the CAHS Business Bloggers will be posting new blogs highlighting the achievements of a prestigious Connellsville graduate who is featured in the CAHS hall of fame. The first one selected is Mr. Gary Walker, class of 1973. He was inducted into the CAHS hall of fame in 2016. While at CAHS he participated in three musicals: “Oklahoma”, “Fiddler on the roof”, and “Hello Dolly”.
Walker graduated for Penn State University at which he studied music. He has performed with many of the world’s most well known stars, such as Ringo Starr, Ray Charles, Billy Preston, Brad Paisley, and many more. His hit song “So Deep” reached #29 on Billboard’s Dance Music Chart in 2006.
Gary Walker currently lives in Tokyo, Japan and is considered to be the top vocal instructor in the entire Country.
