Virginia Mae Eberharter graduated CAHS in the class on 1941. She served 27 years with the United States Navy Nurse Corps. She was a distinguished graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Cumberland, Maryland. She also has served in the Nurse Corps during the second World War, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. Her military career spans for 1945-1972.
She spend five years abroad in stations that included Taiwan, Japan, and Italy. She was also the chief of Nursing Services at United States Naval Hospital in Annapolis, Maryland.
