New Year's Resolutions
At the beginning of every year many people set goals for themselves to accomplish, and hopefully achieve throughout the year. Most of them involve your health, whether it's to hit the gym more, or eat healthier foods, this is one of the more common goals people set for themselves. A lot of times within a few weeks of the New Year people completely abandon their goals that they set for themselves. Now I ask you this, are going to achieve the goals you set for yourself this year, or are you going to abandon them within the first weeks of 2018?
