Connellsville's Gold Medalist, John Woodruff
Connellsville native Colleen Marshall, a reporter for NBC4 in Columbus, Ohio came to our High School and did a story on John Woodruff for Black History Month. The video portrays Woodruff's come-from-behind victory at the Olympics and details his struggles after returning home. We should all be proud to have his legacy as part of our history.
