Christmas Ham or Turkey Poll

CAHS Hall of Fame: Jim Braxton

James “Bubby” Braxton Graduated from Connellsville in the class of 1967. He then went to West Virginia University and graduated, where he played for the Mountaineers. He was drafted into the NFL by the Buffalo Bills. He played in the NFL from 1971 until 1978. In 2012 Braxton was inducted into the Fayette County Hall of Fame. During his NFL career, he implemented a dropout prevention program with the West Virginia University State Department. Braxton passed away on July 28th, 1986.
