Today (3/9/18) is the yearly planned and celebrated Senior Skip day. During Senior skip day, also known as Senior ditch day, the majority of the senior class skip school on that day, and usually meet up to take part in a group activity. There is no certain knowledge of when this practice began, but it is believed to be in effect since at least the 1970’s.
