On Monday, April 31st research papers were due for Miss. Labuda. For General English 12 papers had to be 3-5 pages long, and be in MLA format. make sure you have a works cited with at least 5 sources and that includes your primary source which would be the book you chose to do your paper on. If you are unsure about the format of your works cited page, here are some things to remember: make sure it's in size 12 font and in Times New Roman. Make sure you italicize any book title or else points will be taken off. Also, be sure to make a hanging indentation which basically means that when you copy and paste your citation from Easybib, it will look something like this at first:
“Hamlet .” Edited by Catherine Belling , NYU Langone Health , Louis and Rachel Rudin Foundation , 7 May 2001, medhum.med.nyu.edu/view/1159.
To make a hanging indentation all you have to do is simply go to the second line, click in front of the first letter or comma or whatever the case may be, and hit the enter key and then a second after you hit the enter key hit the tab key once
“Hamlet .” Edited by Catherine Belling , NYU Langone Health , Louis and Rachel Rudin
Foundation , 7 May 2001, medhum.med.nyu.edu/view/1159.
This is the correct way to cite a source, but do not highlight it, and make sure everything is double spaced!
